Frank M. Polasky PLC
The law firm of Frank M. Polasky PLC is located in Saginaw Township, a community just west of the City of Saginaw, Michigan. We specialize in taxation, corporate, estate planning and real estate law.
We assist our clients in all phases of their tax planning, including post-death estate tax and income tax planning, preparation of federal, state and city income tax returns, federal estate tax returns, tax audits and tax penalty issues. We have also represented numerous clients in all aspects of their estate planning, including preparation of wills, trusts and the funding of assets to their trusts.
Staff currently includes: Peggy Rokita, a Certified Public Accountant; Kathleen Loviska, a paralegal with over forty years of various legal experience; Rachel Sanada, legal assistant who also acts as the receptionist for the firm and Alexa Mahan, who works part-time having recently graduated from Heritage High School and preparing to attend classes at Delta College in the fall. Also sharing office space is my wife, attorney, Frumeth Brenda Hirsh.
